2. General
We process personal data only where necessary to provide this website, our content and services, or where you have consented (Art. 6 (1) (a), (b), (c) and (f) GDPR). Data is deleted once the purpose ceases and no statutory retention obligations apply.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by an external provider (Lovable / Cloudflare, Inc.). When you visit, your browser automatically transmits your IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser type and operating system. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (secure and stable operation). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses; a data processing agreement is in place.
4. Cookies and local storage
We do not use tracking or marketing cookies. Your cookie notice choice is stored in your browser's local storage so the notice is not shown on every visit (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
5. Contact and transport enquiries
If you contact us via form, email or phone, we process your details to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). Data is deleted once the enquiry is completed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Applications via SpediJobs
Our careers page embeds the job widget of SpediJobs (spedijobs.io). Loading the widget transmits technical data such as your IP address to SpediJobs. Applications are submitted directly via SpediJobs and used solely for the recruitment process (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, § 26 BDSG). Application data is deleted no later than six months after the process ends unless employment follows or you consent to longer storage.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection (Art. 21 GDPR) and withdrawal of consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; ours is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1, 65189 Wiesbaden.
